  • Carlota leads our Creative Consultants Collective and brings over 15 years of experience in the marketing, branding, and advertising industry. She founded Miller O’Connor in 2017 and has served as Executive Creative Director since its inception.

    Throughout her career, she has contributed to the growth of globally recognised brands including FC Barcelona, Nescafé, Pampers, Pepsi, Estrella Damm, and DAZN, among many others. She also has experience working with emerging brands and startups, and founded the eco brand Jampis as a parallel entrepreneurial project.

    She holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from ESADE in Barcelona, a Master’s in Advertising from Università Bocconi in Milan, and a Master’s in Creativity and Copywriting from Miami Ad School Madrid.

    She began her career in marketing at Lactalis Nestlé and Grupo Damm before moving into international creative agencies such as Grey Buenos Aires and Saatchi & Saatchi New York, ultimately going on to create her own independent creative project.

    Her work is driven by a clear purpose: to help build and elevate brands that believe in making the world a better place.

  • Marta is our in-house Creative Director.

    She studied Advertising and Public Relations in Barcelona and specialized in bilingual copywriting at Miami Ad School.

    She has worked at agencies like McCann in London and Barcelona, Shackleton, DDB, and LLYC before joining Miller O’Connor. Her work has been recognized at renowned festivals such as Cannes, cdec, El Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, D&AD, and The One Show.

    Throughout her career, she has worked for brands like Audi, L’Oréal, Tous, Almirall and Multiópticas, among others.

  • Mireia is our in-house Project Management Lead, passionate about turning ideas into campaigns that genuinely connect with people.

    She holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and, throughout her career, has worked at agencies such as DoubleYou and Fuego Camina Conmigo, leading projects for brands including ING, Estrella Damm, Nike, and Nestlé.

    She brings together strategic thinking, creativity, and a hands-on approach to guide teams, build strong client relationships, and deliver impactful campaigns.

  • She is our Finance Director and is responsible for overseeing the financial management and monetary control of all projects.

    With a background in finance and a strong strategic mindset, she brings experience from the food industry and a particular passion for the Horeca sector.

    She is driven by constant curiosity, with a genuine interest in learning about new industries, roles, and people, while contributing value through her experience and expertise.

    Currently, her focus lies in digital transformation, digital marketing, foodtech, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem, always with the ambition to create a positive impact.

  • Laetus is our Office, Administration, and IT Manager.

    Originally from the Netherlands, he has been living in Barcelona for over 20 years. He studied Fine Arts in Bologna and later specialized in IT during his career at Mango.

    He has worked for multinational companies such as Citibank, Colt or Mango. 


  • Max is our Head of Art Collaborator.

    He began his career as a graphic designer at McCann, where he earned a Cannes Lion. He later moved to DDB before joining Miller O’Connor in 2021, initially as a full-time team member. Since 2025, he has continued his collaboration with us as an external member.

    Everything he touches, he makes beautiful — and he simply can’t sleep if his work isn’t 150% perfect.

    He has worked for brands like Audi, Pepsi, FC Barcelona, and Campari.

  • NĂşria, better known as Nunu, has been a Creative Partner at Miller O’Connor since 2023.


    Her time at Miami Ad School and the School of Communication Arts 2.0 in London has given her a high level of industry knowledge. She has worked as a creative at Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney, Wieden & Kennedy, BBH, and Anomaly in London. She also founded her own agency, Flirt, which she later sold, and a vegan sneaker brand linked to music and emerging musicians.

    She has worked with brands such as Absolut, Nike, Lego, KFC, and British Airways, among many others.

  • She is a strategic consultant and independent creative director specializing in brands with a strong creative core, particularly those connected to art, culture, and creativity. She has a special interest in sectors such as fashion, music, and gastronomy.

    She is the co-founder of CANELA® Creative Space and a member of the Board of Directors of Más Mujeres Creativas (More Creative Women). She was also named one of the 100 most creative professionals in the business world for 2024 by Forbes.

    She leads projects from both a strategic and creative perspective, working across strategy, conceptualization, and narrative, as well as verbal and visual identity. She collaborates with a network of independent professionals across various disciplines to generate synergies and ensure quality at every stage of a project, while maintaining overall vision and direction throughout.

    She has worked with brands such as Wallapop, ISDIN, Doritos, Aldi or Cruzcampo.

  • With over 10 years of experience, AnaĂŻs Rubio positions herself as a meeting point between brand, culture, and creativity, guided by a strategic perspective that connects these three spheres. Her approach blends cultural insight, strategic thinking, and creative sensitivity to organize information, identify opportunities, and craft brand narratives with clarity and relevance.

    Throughout her career, she has worked with brands such Nike, Oxfam, Ikea or Netflix & across various industries and at different stages of development—from defining brand platforms to shaping campaigns, communication territories, and cultural trend analysis.
    Her work helps translate what is happening in the world into clearer, more useful, and actionable decisions within projects.
