FOUNDER, CEO & EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Carlota is our CEO and Executive Creative Director. She co-founded the agency at the end of 2017 after her career in ADE & Marketing at ESADE that led her to work as Brand Manager at Lactalis Nestlé and Trade Marketing Manager at Damm; and her time as a creative at the Miami Ad School in Madrid, Grey Buenos Aires and Saatchi & Saatchi New York.
She has worked and boost internationally recognized brands such as Estrella Damm, Nestlé Gold, Head & Shoulders, Pepsi or FC Barcelona among many others.
All to continue with her dream: create campaigns for brands that believe the world can be a better place. She likes conceptualizing a good idea as much as she likes Latin-jazz. Her mind is divided between a rational and analytical part that she developed in her demanding degree and another emotional and creative part that she enhanced during her time at the renowned creative academy.
This balance is what characterizes her, causing her to often have to find the best strategy or decision or to be the instigator of the most creative ideas that manage to generate a real change.
Nunu muñoz-RAMOS
CREATIVE PARTNER & EUROPE BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Núria, better known as Nunu, has been a Partner and Business Developer at Miller O'Connor since begging of 2023. Associated to Creative Management, she is also in charge of obtaining the best creative talent, find projects aligned with our philosophy and the agency's PR.
Her time at the Miami Ad School, plus the School of Communication Arts 2.0 in London have given her high-level knowledge of the sector.
She has worked as a creative at Saatchi&Saatchi Sydney, Wieden&Kennedy, BBH and Anomaly in London. She also founded her own agency Flirt that she sold and a vegan sneaker brand linked to music and emerging musicians. She has worked with brands such as Absolut, Nike, Lego, KFC and British Airways among many others.
Nunu is highly sociable y and enjoys art and good creativity like no one else in our country. That is why she is a key partner.
